Cleartext's three business drivers are Service, Standards and Security. In keeping with the first we realise that customers often like to have direct access to systems configuration information even if they are outsourcing to a SaaS provider.
This is why a large part of Cleartext EIM 2.0 is our web portal, it's enabled for our own, our channel partners and customers use and is designed to be easy to navigate and use.
Cleartext EIM Portal
Our portal enables you to provision and manage services 24x7 without needing to contact Cleartext. However we are notified of changes and will contact you if they need reviewing.
Once your account is activated the portal allows you to;
- Add and edit your customer record(s)
- Provision new domains for each customer
- Add, edit and delete end user accounts
- Search message archives (eDiscovery)
- Create, configure and delete
- Text based content control filters.
- URL filtering rules
- Image filtering rules
In addition EIM 2.0 also provides end user service features such as;
- Password management
- Offline message viewing
- End user archive search
