Associate Referrals

Referrals are the easiest way to offer Cleartext services into your network. Sometimes you know the Cleartext solution is best for a particular customer, but you don’t want to set-up as a reseller of that particular Cleartext solution. You can simply register the deal by completing the online signup form and we’ll pay commission on receipt of payment from the end user.

Resellers

Our reseller program is ideal for channel partners that have an established client base, and are looking for ways to deliver a broader range of services. Our higher value services, with world class features, and SLA’s can be resold. You can build recurring revenue without the cost, management and hassle of building infrastructure.

Value Added Resellers & IT Services Companies

Our SaaS platforms are ideal for IT services companies, giving you management portal access to multiple clients messaging or web security and compliance services with the ability to add sub admins for your staff or clients.

This program is delivered with annual recurring revenue meaning you build incremental sales whilst keeping costs low.

Distributors & White Label Services

Our products and services are available to distribution partners. Typically, these are based on geographic or market segmentation.

The Cleartext IM & Microblogging platform and desktop app are available in white label form meaning you can deliver these services under your own brand.

A note on exclusive agreements

We often get asked if we can give exclusivity for a certain territory. As a general rule we don't do this because we've either got clients or resellers there already.

We will however negotiate for a short period of exclusive access on territory we haven't already got customers in if the applicant presents a compelling business plan. However we'll always expect a cancellation clause which will kick in if no new business is forthcoming within three months.
