Customer service a winner for Cleartext

Cleartext has joined forces with Webroot a new player in the Australian security field - and customers are enjoying the new offering.
Information Systems Manager at SJB Management, Jason Foley, has worked with Cleartext for several years and said that after trialing alternative services including the whitboxed Webroot offering which forms part of Cleartext's ClearEmail solution, SJB had determined ClearEmail best suited the company's requirements.

We decided to try ClearEmail. The usability of the reporting function means tracking individual emails as they leave our network is easy. We can also see when the email is passed on from Webroot and out into the wider web. This has proven invaluable in discussions about emails that were or weren't sent.
