Terms and Conditions
All orders are processed with 72 hours. You will receive an email detailing the steps you need to go through to enable the service(s) you have purchased. There are no physical products to ship.
In the event of an error or other problem processing your order you will be notified of the issue within 72 hours and we will seek to remedy the issue to both parties satisfaction.

Security
All transactions are encrypted by a 128bit SSL certificate to ensure your credit card information is transmitted securely. Cleartext doesn't store you credit card information online.
Pricing
All prices include handling, taxes etc and are in Australian Dollars. Go to the Universal Currency Converter to get a conversion rate for your currency.
Export
Export restrictions may apply to certain countries, particularly where encryption services are part of the service(s) to be supplied. We will notify you within 72 hours if such restrictions apply.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only given if the client is unable to setup their systems to use the service purchased, Cleartext is unable to enable the service within 7 days or the performance of the services supplied falls outside our published Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Cleartext People
David Banes, founder and CEO, has held senior technical and marketing positions with Dr Solomon’s (Head of Product Management, acquired by McAfee), Symantec(Regional Manager, Norton AV R&D) and MessageLabs(Technical Director).
He is a member of the XMPP Standards Foundation board, an independent, non profit standards development organization whose mission is to define open protocols for presence, instant messaging, and real-time communication on top of IETF's Extensible Messaging and Presence Protocol (XMPP).
He is also a Director and Board Member of the Internet Industry Association. David wrote the foreword for 'Configuring Symantec AntiVirus, Corporate Edition' (Syngress, 2003) and has published articles on XMPP and Google Wave.
Graham Mann, Director of Sales & Business Development for EMEA, co-founded UK MSPP Managed Security Services and has held senior sales roles with Dr Solomon’s, McAfee, Symantec, Counterpane (acquired by British Telecom) and Mirage Networks.
James Leonard, Director of Sales & Business Development for the Americas, has been involved in enterprise security sales for almost 20 years. He has held senior roles with McAfee, Trend Micro, Red Cannon Security, Orchestria, and CoSoSys, and co-founded Silicon Valley startup Perpetual in 2001.
Pat Bitton, Director of Marketing and Communications for the Americas, has held senior roles or consulted with many leading security vendors, including Dr Solomon’s, Symantec, Trend Micro, AVG Technologies, PestPatrol (acquired by CA), Cloudmark, Commtouch, and Facetime Communications.
Louise Birch, Director of Operations, runs Cleartext back office (finance, HR etc) and sales support functions since 2005. Louise has significant experience in the managed services business having spent several years with MessageLabs prior to joining Cleartext.
Tamor Levin, Advisor (Digital Strategy), previously the Global Technology Manager at Lonely Planet Tamir is now Managing Director and Principal Consultant at Digital Seed (digitalseed.com.au) which specializes in innovative technology and digital strategy consulting services.
