Terms and Conditions
All orders are processed with 72 hours. You will receive an email detailing the steps you need to go through to enable the service(s) you have purchased. There are no physical products to ship.
In the event of an error or other problem processing your order you will be notified of the issue within 72 hours and we will seek to remedy the issue to both parties satisfaction.

Security
All transactions are encrypted by a 128bit SSL certificate to ensure your credit card information is transmitted securely. Cleartext doesn't store you credit card information online.
Pricing
All prices include handling, taxes etc and are in Australian Dollars. Go to the Universal Currency Converter to get a conversion rate for your currency.
Export
Export restrictions may apply to certain countries, particularly where encryption services are part of the service(s) to be supplied. We will notify you within 72 hours if such restrictions apply.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only given if the client is unable to setup their systems to use the service purchased, Cleartext is unable to enable the service within 7 days or the performance of the services supplied falls outside our published Service Level Agreement (SLA)

First established in 1999 Cleartext pioneered secure IM with a secure Enterprise IM platform called CipherIM. The company re-launched and moved into Managed Services in 2005. ClearEmail a professional email hosting service was launched in 2006 and ClearEmail MX Managed Email Security in 2007. The company launched ClearEmail EDM in February 2008. David Banes, Co-Founder & Managing Director/CEO (Sydney)David has many years experience in IT starting in the UK before moving to North America and then Australia. He is responsible for the company strategy, planning and overseeing the services we offer from technology to sales and marketing. Internet Industry Association: David is serving a third term as a Director and Member of the Board at the Internet Industry Association (IIA) which lobbies for the internet industry and operates task forces dealing with copyright, privacy, security and policy issues. He's been actively involved in task forces working on the National Anti-Spam Initiative, National Authentication Initiative. XMPP Standards Foundation: David was voted onto the board of the XMPP Standards Foundation in 2008. The XMPP Standards Foundation (formerly the Jabber Software Foundation) is an independent, nonprofit standards development organization whose primary mission is to define open protocols for presence, instant messaging, and real-time communication and collaboration on top of the IETF's Extensible Messaging and Presence Protocol (XMPP). He was co-author of CipherIM, architect for the security functionality and designing the client side GUI.
