We've been delivering business communication, collaboration and social solutions since 2005, all with a mind to bringing these technologies into a business with adequate policy, compliance and security tools.
Our enterprise social messaging platform, Cleartext ESM, delivers real time one to one chat, group chat and microblogging that helps increase productivity by fostering the creation of communities in the workplace.

David Banes Founder, Managing Director
Has held senior operational, technical and product marketing positions with global IT brands (eg Symantec) whilst based in the UK, USA and Australia.David was a Director of the Internet Industry Association from 2004-2010, is a member and prior Chairman(2008-09) of the Extensible Messaging and Presence Protocol (XMPP) Standards Foundation.

Louise Birch Director of Operations
Head of back office (finance, HR etc) and sales support functions since 2005. Louise has significant experience in the managed services business having spent several years with MessageLabs prior to joining Cleartext. -
Graham Mann VP of Sales & Business Development for EMEA
Co-founded UK MSPP Managed Security Services and has held senior sales roles with Dr Solomon’s, McAfee, Symantec, Counterpane (acquired by British Telecom) and Mirage Networks. -
James Leonard Director of Sales & Business Development for the Americas
Has been involved in enterprise security sales for almost 20 years. He has held senior roles with McAfee, Trend Micro, Red Cannon Security, Orchestria, and CoSoSys, and co-founded Silicon Valley startup Perpetual in 2001. -
Pat Bitton Director of Marketing and Communications for the Americas
Has held senior roles or consulted with many leading security vendors, including Dr Solomon’s, Symantec, Trend Micro, AVG Technologies, PestPatrol (acquired by CA), Cloudmark, Commtouch, and Facetime Communications. -
Tamir Levin Digital Strategy Advisor
Previously the Global Technology Manager at Lonely Planet, Tamir is now Managing Director and Principal Consultant at Digital Seed (digitalseed.com.au) which specialises in innovative technology and digital strategy consulting services.
